Our story
I started Plumbwell with one van and a simple rule: do the job the way I'd want it done in my own house.
After nine years working for large service companies, I watched good plumbers get pushed to upsell instead of fix. I went out on my own in 2009 to run it differently.
We've grown to six plumbers, but we've stayed small on purpose. Every crew member is on payroll, trained in-house and accountable to the same standard.
